Originally from Basilicata, I started kneading dough at the age of 14, fascinated by my brother's passion for pizza. My experience at the renowned pizzeria in Salerno allowed me to hone my techniques and discover the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza. I brought this treasure to Germany, sharing it with an enthusiastic audience, and now I'm proud to be a member of the APN.
