Giovanni's passion for pizza began in Palermo, where he began working as a pizza chef, and has continued ever since. He honed his craft in Australia and the United States, where he has been head pizza chef at Rosso Pomodoro in Las Vegas since 2018.
Every day, he pours his heart into making Neapolitan pizza, striving to convey the authenticity of his work to his customers. The most beautiful thing for Giovanni is seeing the enthusiasm of Italians who appreciate his pizza, even thousands of miles from home.
