Hi everyone, my name is Alessio Poddi and I am the pizza chef and owner of a pizzeria franchise “Poddi-Pizza” in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
I graduated from a hotel school in Ceccano (FR) and immediately after graduation I moved to Russia to join my father Luigi Poddi who at the time was a co-owner of a pizzeria.
In 2020 we began our independent journey by opening the first Poddi Pizza, which has now grown into a small network of 4 pizzerias.
Our guests appreciate the quality of our dishes and the atmosphere and flavor of Italy that many love here.
