Alessandro Cioffi, born in Naples in 1977, developed a passion for cooking from a young age, first discovering it at the age of 17. Inspired by his mother, he traveled and worked in international hotels, demonstrating dedication and discipline. A certified pizza chef, he has lived in La Paz, Mexico, for over twelve years, where he runs his Pizzeria Don Roberto and promotes authentic Neapolitan pizza, teaching and raising awareness through courses and his restaurant. A pioneer of Neapolitan pizza in the region, he strives to create culinary experiences that connect the pizza chef with the diner, sharing stories and traditions with every bite.
